The contextual analysis of a number of recent scandalous bills and initiatives unequivocally show that Armenia’s policy in the justice sector is a failure. This is what former deputy justice minister Tigran Khachikyan wrote on his Facebook page.
“Solutions are selected and bills are developed through a toolkit that is inadmissible from the professional perspective and through an antiscientific methodology and can seriously be referred to as “the worst ever”. The slow pace and lack of competence are to the detriment of the real fight against corruption and the formation of an anti-corruption institutional system and the implementation of other strategic priorities earmarked by the Prime Minister to failure,” he stated.
