On December 27, videos were posted on YouTube where a person was complaining to Armenia’s Prime Minister that he had been beaten near the State Revenue Committee's northern customs office in Gyumri.

The video was studied, and the police who arrived at the scene have ascertained the identity the person who reported the alleged crime, police said.

But the man declined to give an account, saying that when making that statement he was upset over the long queue in front of the customs office, and that no one had actually beaten him.

Despite the man's explanations, police have prepared a report on the incident.
