YEREVAN. – Former Armenian official filed an appeal at the Court of Appellate against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Hayk Ayvazyan took to Facebook to say that he “would fight for the sake of the Republic of Armenia just as I would for my life”.

In April Hayk Ayvazyan was relieved of the post as the head of the Inspection Bodies' Coordination Bureau by the decision of Nikol Pashinyan. Ayvazyan said had not written a letter of resignation. According to preliminary data, the reason for the dismissal of Ayvazyan was a disagreement with the chief of staff of Prime Minister Eduard Aghajanian.

Ayvazyan immediately filed three complaints with the Armenian Administrative Court against PM demanding recognize his dismissal invalid.
