A tragic car accident took place today in Kotayk Province of Armenia.

At about 12:50am, a car went off road—still in unknown circumstances—on the road between Dzoraghbyur and Mayakovski villages, collided with a concrete barrier, toppled it, and rolled several times.

The driver, Balahovit village resident Melkon Sargsyan, 25, died on the way to hospital, and without regaining consciousness, shamshyan.com reported.

Police are preparing a report on the case.

Those gathered at the scene said that the doctors who had arrived there had found the injured driver outside the car.
