The Lori regional investigation department completed a preliminary investigation in a criminal case instituted into murder, Armenian Investigative Committee press service reported.

Four persons have been charged. During the preliminary investigation, the circumstances of the incident became clear - the residents of Vanadzor (born in 1990 and born in 1988) were in tense relations with the victim.

The investigation of the case has been completed; the case has been submitted to the supervising prosecutor. The case of the illegal sale of weapons is set aside in a separate proceeding.
