YEREVAN. – Karen Tsaghikyan, 45, an inmate, has died at the Convicts’ Hospital. The press service of the Penitentiary Department of Armenia informed this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
On January 15, the matter of commuting his restraint was to be considered.
It is noted that Tsaghikyan was suffering from several illnesses.
