The State Supervision Service of Armenia has launched a study at the Ministry of Defense. Spokesperson of the State Supervision Service Seda Aghbalyan confirmed the news in an interview with Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The Service’s report stated that it is conducting a study on the acquisition of fuel, actual data about natural losses of fuel and the lawfulness of construction of sheds at the Ministry of Defense.

The State Supervision Service is also focused on the ministry’s procurement, that is, the procedures for procurement of shoes and boots with military and official specifications.

Seda Aghbalyan said the State Supervision Service is also conducting a study at Zinar CJSC of the Ministry of Defense and that it had launched inspection at the ministry in December 2019.
