YEREVAN. – The Court of Appeal has denied the appeal of the court order to search the house of former president of the Football Federation of Armenia and ex-MP Ruben Hayrapetyan. His lawyer Amram Makinyan told this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

On December 12 of the year past, the special detachments of the police conducted a search at Hayrapetyan's mansion.

Police have launched a criminal case in connection with Ruben Hayrapetyan, and the Investigative Committee is investigating this case. It was initiated under Criminal Code articles on official negligence, large-scale appropriation, falsification of documents, and abuse of power.
