YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: After two days of discussions, the talks between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, which were also attended by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and Andrzej Kasprzyk [Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office], ended in Geneva yesterday.

A post-factum statement was disseminated, in the nuances of the footnotes and wording of which the Armenian and Azerbaijani public yesterday tried to understand what was going on.

At the same time, the statement issued by the Armenian Foreign Ministry differs somewhat from the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's version, which referred to the provisions and principles of the Helsinki Final Act.

But our Foreign Ministry noted that "Minister Mnatsakanyan emphasized the importance of involvement of Artsakh’s elected representatives in the peace process," which raised an alarm.
