Armenian ex-justice minister David Harutyunyan submitted a written statement to the Special Investigation Service, in which he reported information on the lease of territory by the Notary Chamber. 

His remarks came on air of 168 TV, referring to the criminal case against the head of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan.

The ex-minister noted that the SIS proposed to provide information that he owns, but so far there is no response. He also noted that the presumption of innocence was violated on the air of Public TV. According to him, it’s just pressure on the judiciary. 

“It seems that a final court verdict and a message are sent to the courts about what is expected of them,” he concluded.
