YEREVAN. – Armenian dram (AMD) revaluation was registered on NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA on Tuesday.
The average AMD/USD exchange rate was AMD 376.29 per $1 – 0.15% US Dollar depreciation as compared with Monday.
The opening quotation was AMD 377.25/$1. Later, however, the US Dollar showed depreciation. US Dollar sales totaled $4 million.
Exchange offices do not much trust the Armenian dram. Specifically, the Areximbank Gazprombank Group is purchasing US Dollars at an exchange rate of AMD 377/$1.
