STEPANAKERT. – President of Nagorno-Karagakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Robert Avetisyan Permanent Representative of the NKR to U.S. with concurrent accreditation of permanent representative of Artsakh Republic to Canada.
Bako Sahakyan also signed a decree on establishing a post of an adviser to the NKR President, president’s representative to the Karabakh National Assembly, NKR presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
