YEREVAN. - Vice-Speaker of the Armenian Parliament of the Prosperous Armenia Party Samvel Balasanyan is skeptical about the possibility of U.S. President Barack Obama saying the word “genocide” during his traditional address to Armenians.
“If he intended to do it, he had a chance last year,” Balasanyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
