The accident happened 10:45 a.m. when Volkswagen Golf collided with Grand Cherokee at the junction of Aghbyur Serob and Charents Streets in Ararat, photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
A passenger G. Asatryan was taken to Ararat hospital.
The vehicles were transferred to the impound lot of the Ararat police department. An investigation is underway.
