All 23 representatives of Armenian and Azerbaijani communities arrested by law enforcers during a shoot-out in the Russian city of Tver were released after spending night in police department.
Earlier Russian media reported around 60 people were involved in a conflict which occurred on Sunday, while seven were taken to hospital with injuries. The representatives of Armenian community claim the reason for a scuffle was a Turkish flag waved by Azerbaijanis on April 24 – Remembrance Day of the Armenian Genocide victims.
