In 2010, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) registered 5.5% economic growth. NKR Minister of Economy Spartak Tevosyan presented a relevant report at the NKR Government’s sitting.

Interestingly, in terms of economic growth the NKR left Azerbaijan (5%) and Armenia (2.6%) behind.

In 2010, the NKR’s gross domestic product totaled AMD 218 billion (about U.S. $600 million). Budget revenues totaled AMD 23.8 billion (about U.S. $65 million), and on-budget expenditures AMD 62.1 billion (about U.S. $170 million).
