Three South Caucasian states have serious problems in legal system and civil service, says the report issued by Transparency International.

The authors noted that slight movement was registered in reforming of legal system and civil service in Armenia in 2010. However, lack of transparency and independence of legal system and politicized civil service remain problems.

Armenia’s judicial system and police are also corrupted fields. According to their assessments, officials are corrupted not less than judges and policemen.
