At least five people were killed, and one is missing in floods in Bursa province in northwestern Turkey, Daily Sabah reported.

As a result of the mudflow in the Kestel region of Bursa province, a disabled woman and four members of the same family, including a child, were killed. Rescuers continue to search for one missing person.

The flood caused significant damage to the infrastructure of the district, roads were damaged, and they are being restored. Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu visited the affected villages.
