Mikheil Saakashvili, President of Georgia is to come up for Hague Tribunal, Georgian Labor Party leader Nestan Kirtadze, said commenting on EU August 2008 war report. According to her, the European fact-finding group of experts exposed Saakashvili as committer of military crimes, thus will go on Criminal Tribunal of Hague trial.
Under the report, Georgian authorities initiated the war against S. Ossetia and Mikheil Saakashvili gave a command to attack early on August 8.
