The Criminal Court of Appeal of Armenia, chaired by Judge Armen Danielyan, has overturned the first instance court’s decision and lifted arrest selected as a pre-trial measure against former member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia Mushegh Koshetsyan, as Koshetsyan’s attorney Gegham Hakobyan posted on his Facebook page.

Koshetsyan is charged with abuse of official powers which caused grave consequences.

Former chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission Robert Nazaryan, former vice-chairman Nikolay Grigoryan and former member of the Commission Shiraz Kirakosyan are also charged under the case.
