The municipal council of the Catalan city of Sant Hilari Sacalm has condemned the aggression unleashed by the Azerbaijani armed forces, during which the defensive positions and civilian population of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) have been targeted.
The Sant Hilari Sacalm city council called for respect for human rights, an end to the attacks, and the resumption of peace talks.
