YEREVAN. – According to the draft budget for 2021, we had planned to receive funding for the implementation of five programs, but four will actually be implemented. Artur Melikyan, the Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, said this during the debates on the 2021 draft budget at Wednesday’s joint meeting of the Standing Committees on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly.

According to him 8.4 billion drams have been allocated to the Committee for the implementation of all programs, and about 8.2 billion drams of this amount will be spent on the payment of the salaries of the employees of the Investigative Committee.
