Armenia is currently adding ambassadors. The war has decelerated the process to a certain extent, but the process is ongoing. This is what Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said during today’s discussion on the draft of the 2021 State Budget held as part of the joint session of the Standing Committees on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly.

Mnatsakanyan also declared that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is approaching the moment when horizontal management of the international sector will be more strengthened and the level of management will be raised in each direction.
