Armenia’s ex-Prime Minister Armen Darbinyan has tweeted the following:

“President Sarkissian, either you are the head of state according to this Constitution that is a calamity and was most likely agreed with you in advance, or the state has no head. If you find that you don’t have anything to do, resign right now, at least with the dim expectation of saving your own face.”
