Boeing has recommended the suspension of Boeing 777 aircraft with Pratt & Whitney PW4000-112 engines after an incident in the US state of Colorado when part of the covering fell off the liner, RT reported.

The company clarified that this measure is necessary until a suitable verification protocol is determined.

As reported earlier, US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will test a number of Boeing 777 aircraft.
