YEREVAN. - Past daily of Armenia writes: As it is known, the 15th IDEX 2021 International Defense Conference & Exhibition military industry exhibition is being held in Abu Dhabi, in which the Armenian side is also participating—represented by a delegation led by the Minister of High-Tech Industry [(HTI)], Hakob Arshakyan. But it is participating only...with booklets.

It is true that yesterday the ministry [of high-tech industry] explained that the samples of Armenian military equipment did not reach Abu Dhabi due to logistical problems that arose, but this makes the ministry’s irresponsible work, to put it mildly, more obvious.

But this is not surprising in several respects. First of all, such a way of working is typical of this [Armenian] government in general; secondly, the minister of HTI is more busy with other matters than those related to his domain.

In particular, we had already mentioned that Arshakyan is "busy" with the elections for the rector of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia.

Arshakyan's aspirations to get involved in the educational domain, however, are not limited to this.
