A car bomb explosion in the western Syrian city of Afrin killed three people, including a girl, and injured several others.

The explosion occurred in an area occupied by Turkish armed forces and militant groups operating under the protection of Ankara. Chaos reigned in Afrin over disputes between terrorist groups over power sharing and control over the fate of civilians.

In another city of Al-Bab, also under Turkish occupation, as a result of the explosion, another civilian was killed, and a child was also wounded.
