YEREVAN. – If representatives of Armenia’s political forces ask an audience with President Serzh Sargsyan, he will not refuse them, MP from ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Gagik Minasyan told a press conference in Yerevan on Wednesday.

Referring to the question whether it is possible Armenia’s incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan and first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan continue the dialogue between the authorities and the Armenian National Congress, Minasyan said:

“I cannot give a clear answer to this question. However, I do not think the President will refuse representatives of political forces if they ask audience with him”.

Commenting the question whether he would like to be included in the working group holding the dialogue with the ANC, Minasyan said. “A politician often makes decisions not on his own. Instead his political party makes a decision. Certainly, I would like, but the party’s decision is more important.”
