Azerbaijan proposed a number of reforms to the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), but unfortunately no consensus was reached between the member states," Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmoud Mammadguliyev said at the 21st Session of the Foreign Ministers of BSEC member states.

According to him, Azerbaijan stands for the intensification of the organizational activities. “Azerbaijan is for the mutual cooperation of private enterprises and firms of BSEC member states. We welcome the conferences and other events between the countries, as well as meetings between the Deputy Foreign Ministers,” Mammadguliyev stated.
