YEREVAN. - Armenian State Revenue Committee dismissed reports on Chairman Gagik Khachatryan’s resignation.

The Committee issued a statement dismissing both reports on resignation and information about Gagik Khachatryan’s property overseas.

“All the rumors are untrue. As regards media outlets which are spreading misinformation they would better try to change their attitude voicing constructive criticism and checked information in order to make a contribution to tackling problems the State Revenue Committee is responsible for,” says the statement.

Earlier today the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent contacted committee’s press service which neither confirmed nor denied the information which was previously spread by a number of Armenian media outlets.
