YEREVAN.- Results of twenty-year work and readiness of the armed forces will be presented during the parade dedicated to Armenia’s independence, said Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan.

The Minster stressed that combat readiness of the armed forces is not determined by a parade, the point is quality not quantity.

“Azerbaijan is engaged in military buildup, while Armenia is improving quality and skills of the staff. Military equipment in the hands of unskilled solider is nothing but scrap metal,” he added.
