The European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia is back in Yerevan.
Toivo Klaar posted a respective photo on Twitter with the caption, “A beautiful, if somewhat chilly morning in Yerevan. It’s been a while.”
Klaar had visited Armenia in September, too, after the military aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan.
