Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan will visit New Delhi on November 18-19 at the invitation of Indian Interior Minister Amit Shah to participate in "Not a Penny for Terrorism" conference.
The Security Council's office told Armenian News-NEWS.am that Grigoryan will hold working meetings within the framework of the visit.
