Armenian Central Election Commission Chairman Vahagn Hovakimyan and Central Election Commission member Zhirayr Karapetyan will be in Astana from November 18 to 20.

At the invitation of the Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan, Hovakimyan and Karapetyan will conduct an international observation mission during the November 20 presidential election in Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission press service informs NEWS.am.
