Kyiv has imposed emergency blackouts after a massive Russian strike on the capital's infrastructure, the YASNO website says.
This means that the usual schedules of blackouts do not work until the situation in the power system is restored.
"Emergency shutdowns have been applied. Outage schedules are temporarily out of service until the situation is stabilized," the power industry warned.
