YEREVAN.- The Zhoghovurd newspaper writes that on the occasion of 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence a number of officials, in particular military officials, will receive numerous awards.
“According to our sources, some Major Generals will be granted rank of Lieutenant General. Meanwhile, some military officials will be dismissed,” the newspaper writes.
