YEREVAN. – Armenian MOD held board meeting attached to the minister. It discussed current issues and educational processes of Armenian MOD and foreign military institutions.

First Deputy Minister Davit Tonoyan, first Deputy Chief of General Staff of Armed Forces, Lieutenant-General Mher Shirinyan, heads of military educational institutions. High-ranking officials, MOD press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. Amendments in military educational sphere are among the priorities of Armed Forces.

“The greatest distresses come from being uneducated and unaware. Educated and clever officer will never commit violence, and the possibility of violence of interpersonal relations is less. A phenomenon of violence is a challenge to be accepted and overcome. Recent emergency cases make us consider that we could have avoided them if we had educated officers,” the Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan stated.
