YEREVAN. – Mane Hakobyan, a Candidate of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, wrote an open letter to Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan, in which she accuses the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) of plagiarism, Aravot daily writes.    

“A large group from the Chief of Staff of ANC Central Office and under direct leadership of Hrant Bagratyan, an ANC Central Office member, is violating my copyrights  ever since Fall 2009. This is an actual theft. A group of people are trying to appropriate my “Systemic Transformation and Sustainable Development of Armenia’s Science and Education Domains Program,” and currently its “Science” section. I have the sole copyright to my composite “Project.” And the Chief of Staff of ANC Central Office was notified of all this from the vey beginning and in written form,” Aravot writes.
