Some unknown Telegram channels are disseminating disinformation about the number of wounded from the Armenian side, the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
As of 9:20am, the Armenian side has three wounded.
The MOD of Armenia will release an additional report on the situation.
