President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan participates in a two-day EU Eastern Partnership summit which opened in Warsaw on Thursday.
President Sargsyan is scheduled to hold meetings with high ranking EU officials, in particular he will hold talks with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton.
The Eastern Partnership was launched in 2009 to build the EU’s political association and economic integration with six countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
