A major road accident occurred Sunday in Syunik Province of Armenia

Around 8:30pm, an SUV went off road on the Noravan M2 motorway and crashed into a mound, shamshyan.com reports.

As a result, the driver—Syunik resident Sevak A., 31—and his passengers—Mane G., 25, Ani A., 2, and Alisa A. 1—sustained injuries and were transferred to the Sisian city medical center.

The police investigative department has launched an investigation into this road accident.

The aforesaid driver and passengers are family members.
