YEREVAN. - Armenian dram continues to go up on NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The US dollar/AMD exchange rate made AMD 373/$1 – dollar fell in price by 0.28 percent.
Total of $1 million was sold on the stock exchange. Sharp exchange rate fluctuations are not expected in the near future.
Spot currency market reflects the growth of dram as well. Rate of cash dollar purchase dropped to AMD 373/$1 when the sale rate remains comparatively high: AMD 376/$1.
