On August 13, at around 00:18, a fire broke out in the Zinavan quarter of the city of Dilijan. No casualties were reported, the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

Two fire and rescue squad of the regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of RA MIA left for the scene.
The fire broke out in one of the apartments on the second floor of a residential building in the Zinavan quarter.
The fire was contained at 00:42 and extinguished at 00:57.
