The Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center of Armenia presented the hydrological situation of Lake Sevan, between August 14 and 20.

Accordingly, the level of Lake Sevan dropped by 1 centimeter, from August 14 to 20, and was 1,900.44 meters above sea level on Sunday, which is 16 centimeters lower than the level of the same day last year, but 16 centimeters higher than the level as of January 1, 2023.

The amount of water intake from Lake Sevan for irrigation purposes was 16.021 million cubic meters in the period from August 14 to 20, and the total water intake amount between May 14 and August 20 e was 181.317 million cubic meters.

And the amount of water transferred to Lake Sevan through the Arpa-Sevan aqueduct was 0.602 million cubic meters, from August 14 to 20, and 85.999 million cubic meters, between January 1 and August 20.
