The criminal case of the woman who threw an umbrella at Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Malishka village of Vayots Dzor Province on April 10 has gone to court. We learn about this from the Judicial Information System of Armenia.

Narine Asatryan, 47,  was accused of throwing an umbrella at Pashinyan.

This criminal case entered the court of first instance on August 17.

The aforesaid woman has been formally charged with violence against an official, which is punishable by imprisonment for a period of two to five years.

But a signature bond on not leaving Armenia was selected as a preventive measure against Asatryan.
