make preferableSTEPANAKERT.- President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed on Wednesday a decree on the 2011 autumn draft and demobilization.
Under the decree, the autumn draft will be held in November- December 2011. Those citizens whose deferment of mandatory military service has been expired will be conscripted into the military service during the draft, NKR presidential press service reported.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been assigned to adopt a corresponding decision to carry out the decree within two weeks.
