Armenia’s Stationery-Judicial-Psychiatric and Judicial-Psychological Committee has concluded that Roza Aloyan must be considered insane, Police Force News Service personnel Sevak Militonyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. “Roza Aloyan suffers from paranoid schizophrenia…The investigating body will now launch proceedings to apply medical means, and the case will be sent to court,” Militonyan added.
The court will decide as to which psychiatric hospital Roza Aloyan will be kept in.
Aloyan had already attempted to commit suicide at Nubarashen Psychiatric Hospital, but the physicians were able to save her life. She is currently under tight medical supervision.
On September 6, Ararat Region’s resident Roza Aloyan, 34, had killed her two children, Vardan, 6, and Hayk,4, Aloyan by hanging them.
