YEREVAN. – In case the Madrid Principles are recognized failed, the next package should include direct participation of Nagorno-Karabakh in the conflict settlement negotiations, head of European Integration NGO Karen Bekaryan told the journalists on Thursday.

“It is not yet clear if the Madrid principles will or will not be practical. In case they are failed, the next package should include the offer of direct negotiations between Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh. It will be essential for Armenia, as Karabakh conflict may be viewed out of the political context,” the expert said.
