STEPANAKERT.- If Azerbaijani side wants to hold talks with Nagorno-Karabakh, it should sit at the negotiating table, spokesperson for Karabakh Foreign Ministry Marsel Petrosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The remark came in response to Azerbaijani press reports saying MP of Azerbaijani Parliament Rovshan Rzayev claimed “the regular meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian communities of Nagorno-Karabakh” is scheduled for November 28.

“It is misinformation, no meeting is planned. What do they mean by saying ‘Armenian and Azerbaijani communities’? It is impossible, it is just what they want to be. If Azerbaijani side wants to hold talks with Nagorno-Karabakh, it should sit at the negotiating table,” he said.
