YEREVAN. – Leader of Armenian Democratic Party (ADP) Aram Sargsyan named three reasons which hinder the development of the state.
According to him, these reasons are the great amount of shadow economy, which could have formed the second budget of the state, monopoly and oligarchy. Regarding this, it is necessary to establish anti-crisis project, intended for at least two years, he told journalists on Tuesday.
Besides, political powers should be distinguished, which will assume its realization. It is also possible to form a council, featuring not only political groups but also local and foreign experts.
ADP leader states that the offer is viewed by several structures, while the results of the discussion will be available soon. Meantime, Sargsyan said that ruling coalition did not show a political will for the struggle against these reasons. It is understandable as oligarchy is within the coalition, Sargsyan added.
